Building Luxury, One Element at a Time

At the IIID event, we set out to answer a simple question: what does it actually take to build a luxury home? Not the finished image but the process behind it. The layers, the decisions, the craftsmanship, that come together long before a space feels complete.

To explore this, we brought together four collaborators, each representing a distinct stage of that journey: Gravva – Stone and Surfaces, the foundation everything else is built upon.

Hatchway – Windows and Partitions, where light, structure, and boundary begin to take shape.

Arhat – Lighting and Automation, the layer that brings a space to life and gives it intelligence.

Mind Studio Furniture, the final, defining touch that turns a house into a home.

Together, they mapped the complete arc of luxury living from architecture and material to technology and design, ending in the pieces you touch, use, and live with every day.

For visitors, it wasn’t just a showcase. It was a rare walkthrough of how true luxury is constructed deliberately, in stages, by people who understand that every layer matters.

Because a luxury home isn’t assembled. It’s composed.
